The Motel for all seasons and for all reasons!

You will be surrounded by beautiful mountains and lakes for riding bicycles, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and of course the snow covered mountains and trails for skiing and snow shoeing in winter. We have reached out into the community and are able to provide you connections for all your sporting needs.

In the summer, enjoy sitting by the pool (only 3 feet deep, but it's refreshing), concerts on the common, a dinner cruise on Lake Sunapee, or a performance at the Newport Opera House, or if you enjoy a faster pace, motorcycle racing at Jolly Roger Motor Sports Park

In the winter, enjoy a day of fantastic day of skiing at Mount Sunapee or X-C skiing or snowshoeing or ice skating at Eastman. There is also ice skating on the Newport Commons for family fun.

Enjoy great food in a casual atmosphere at one of the restaurants in the area, and then come "home" to the Newport Motel for a restful nights sleep.
